Refund Policy

Terms and Conditions

Original cash register receipt is required for all returns/exchanges. All merchandise returned for any reason must be in original condition.

Textbooks

Refund Period for Full Semester Classes: Refunds only during the first two weeks of each semester.

Late Start, Short Term or Summer Classes: Refunds only during the first week of the class.

One Week or Short Class: No refunds will be given after the class starts.

New books must be in new condition. No writing, spoiled or torn pages, bent covers or spines.

If there was a CD, or any other insert with the book, it must also be returned.

Pass codes must not be scratched off.

Some bundled or packaged books are marked "Not returnable if Package Opened" by the publisher. These titles must still be in their original packaging.

A new book being returned in less then new condition may be refunded at half of the purchase price, if at all.

Computer Software:

Software:

Must be returned within 3 days of purchase. Must be in original unopened package.

Supplies and Accessories:

Must be returned within 3 days of purchase. Must be in original unopened package.

Electronics

All Sales are Final. Defective Electronic Merchandise may be exchanged with receipt

General Merchandise:

All Sales are Final. Defective Merchandise may be exchanged with receipt

No refunds on sale or clearance merchandise.

Not refundable if opened, but a refund or exchange will be granted if the item is defective.

Clothing not refundable if shown signs of wear.
